All program staff are well-trained and educated, with current vulnerable sector police checks. In addition to mandatory training (CPR, First Aid, Safe Management/CPI), they receive intensive on-site training on each individual’s needs, and respectful and sensitive supports.
Pegasus Staff strive to provide the respectful treatment of people, underlying of the AODA and Quality Assurance Measures. They actively embrace QAM and encourage participants to do the same on their own behalf.
